Socket Preservation with Hydroxyapatite Gipsum Puger Scaffold and Aloe vera on Fibroblast and Type 1 Collagen Cells

Background: The prevalence of tooth extraction was 7.29% according to RISKESDAS 2018. Post-tooth will cause injury and bone resorption. Scaffold material combination hydroxyapatite gypsum puger (HAGP) aloe vera (AV) can be used for preservation socket. Objective: To analyze fibroblast type 1 collagen cells in the socket after being induction by a scaffold vera. Materials Methods: Making vera, divided into four groups, namely negative control, scaffold, HAGP HAGP+AV scaffold. Extraction mandibular 1st molar Wistar rats, application on waited 3, 5, 7, 14 days. Preparation preparations using Hemaktocillin Eosin staining method. Results: LSD test group between days 3 14, 5 were obtained (p=0.000), this shows significant difference treatment groups. results (p=0.005) showing difference. Each day showed highest number cells. Conclusion: HAGP+AV+gelatin increase extraction. healing process is getting faster 14.
